regarding the use of the i-traduceri.md platform
The personal data controller is “IQVIN-SERVICE” LLC, IDNO 1015607001225, located in Soroca, Alexandru cel Bun Street 16, Republic of Moldova.
The platform is available at https://i-traduceri.md and is used for submitting, processing and managing translation orders.
Data are processed for receiving and registering orders, communicating with the applicant, analysing documents, determining the price and deadline, carrying out the translation, sending the result, verifying documents by code or QR and complying with legal obligations.
The processed data may include name and surname, phone number, email address, uploaded documents, document content, order codes, technical data required for platform operation and information voluntarily submitted by the user.
The platform may use cookies and technical logs for functionality, security, saving the selected language, preventing abuse and improving the service.
Processing is based on the user’s consent, the need to perform the requested service, legal obligations and the operator’s legitimate interest in ensuring the functionality and security of the platform.
Access to data is limited to authorized persons involved in order processing: operators, translators, technical administrators and other persons involved strictly in providing the service.
Data may be transferred to translators, collaborators, notaries, IT service providers, hosting providers, couriers, institutions or authorities only to the extent necessary for providing the service, platform security or compliance with legal obligations.
Data and documents are stored for the period necessary to provide the service, verify the order, comply with legal obligations, manage complaints and protect the operator’s rights.
The operator applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, modification or disclosure.
The data subject may request access to data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing or other rights provided by applicable law. Requests may be sent to director@iqvin.md.
By submitting documents through the platform, the user confirms that he or she has read this Policy, understood the purpose of processing and agrees to data processing for providing the requested service.
The operator may modify this Policy. The updated version will be published on the platform and applies from the date of publication unless otherwise stated.
