for using the i-traduceri.md platform and placing online orders
These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the electronic platform https://i-traduceri.md and the manner in which translation orders are placed, processed and executed through this platform.
The platform is managed by “IQVIN-SERVICE” LLC, IDNO 1015607001225, located in Soroca, Alexandru cel Bun Street 16, Republic of Moldova.

Through the platform, users may request translation of personal, legal, commercial, medical, educational, administrative and other documents required for institutions, companies or personal use.
Services may include checking submitted documents, determining price and deadline, preparing the translation, sending the result electronically and preparing documents for signing, legalization or further use.
To place an order, the user completes the online form, provides contact details, indicates the translation language and uploads the required documents.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the entered data and for submitting clear, complete and readable documents.
Submitting the form does not represent automatic acceptance of the order by the operator.
The order is considered accepted only after the operator checks the documents and confirms the price, execution deadline and payment method.
The operator may request additional information, clearer documents or additional confirmations before starting the service.
The price is determined individually depending on the translation language, document volume, text complexity, file quality, requested deadline and possible additional services.
The price communicated by the operator is valid for the documents and conditions analysed at the time of order confirmation.
Payment is made using the method communicated by the operator. The order may be executed after payment confirmation or under other conditions expressly agreed with the operator.
If payment is not made within the indicated period, the operator may suspend or cancel order processing.
The execution deadline is set individually and communicated to the user after the documents are analysed.
Deadlines may be affected by document volume, translation complexity, translator availability, working schedule and any required clarifications.
If objective circumstances affect the deadline, the operator will inform the user within a reasonable time.
The user must submit documents that he or she is entitled to use or has a legitimate reason to request for translation.
The operator may refuse to process incomplete, unreadable, damaged, suspicious documents or documents that cannot be processed under normal conditions.
The translation is prepared based on the documents and information provided by the user at the time of order confirmation.
The operator is not responsible for errors caused by unclear, incomplete or incorrect documents or by wrong information provided by the user.
The translation result is delivered in the format agreed with the user: electronically, on paper or by another method confirmed by the operator.
The user must check the received document and communicate any observations within a reasonable time.
Comments regarding the translation must indicate the order number, the relevant document and a clear description of the issue.
If the complaint is justified, the operator may correct the translation without additional costs.
The operator is not required to amend the translation free of charge if the request concerns changes to the original document, new instructions or stylistic preferences not initially communicated.
The user may request cancellation of the order before the service begins.
If the service has already started, the operator may retain the amount corresponding to the work actually performed up to the time of cancellation.
Refunds may be made if the service cannot be performed due to the operator’s fault or in other cases provided by law or agreed by the parties.
The operator is responsible for providing the service in accordance with the conditions confirmed with the user.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of data, clarity of submitted documents, timely confirmation of the order, payment and use of the translated document in accordance with applicable law.
The operator is not liable for indirect, commercial or opportunity losses, incorrect use of the translation or requirements imposed by third parties or institutions.
Personal data submitted through the platform are processed according to the Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Processing Agreement.
By submitting an order, the user confirms that he or she has been informed about data processing and agrees to such processing for the purpose of providing the requested service.
The operator applies reasonable measures to protect documents and data transmitted through the platform.
The user must keep confidential any codes, links and files received and must not transmit them to unauthorized persons.
The platform may be temporarily unavailable for technical reasons, maintenance, internet or hosting issues or other reasons beyond the operator’s control.
The operator is not responsible for delays or inability to provide the service caused by force majeure or objective circumstances beyond its control.
The operator may modify these Terms and Conditions. The applicable version is the one available on the platform at the time of placing the order, unless the parties agree otherwise.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova.
Any disagreements shall be resolved amicably, and if this is not possible, according to the jurisdiction established by law.
By using the platform, completing the form, submitting documents or confirming the order, the user declares that he or she has read, understood and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
